UF ophthalmology alumnus recognized for his volunteer work

Dr. Tully Patrowicz, a 1972 graduate of the University of Florida residency program was recently recognized for founding, over 20 years ago, We Care of Lake County, a program where volunteer specialty physicians provide care to the uninsured and under-insured residents of that area. Dr. Tully was also awarded the Outstanding Humanitarian Award by the American Academy of Ophthalmology in 1999 for this work. You can read more about Dr. Tully and his work here.
