About Lauren Jeang
Lauren Jeang, MD, is a fellowship-trained ophthalmologist in the area of cornea, external diseases, and anterior segment surgery. Dr. Jeang graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in biochemistry and earned her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine. She subsequently completed residency in ophthalmology at the University of South Florida where she served as chief resident. She then concluded a cornea fellowship at Tufts University/New England Eye Center and Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston. Dr. Jeang’s clinical interests include cataract surgery, corneal transplants, and ocular surface diseases. She has also participated in clinical and research studies for collagen cross-linking. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
