At Mi Apá Latin Café, our goal is to serve up traditional Cuban food using northing but the freshest, tastiest ingredients. We’re bringing back authentic, old world Cuban recipes and making them affordable for our customers.

Satchel’s Pizza opened on March 7th, 2003. The mission is to make great food in a beautiful atmosphere and serve up something for all the senses. Eat in a van, under a plane, or in a greenhouse. Enjoy Satch made stained glass windows, local art, homemade sodas, and live music. There’s a playground for the kids and a friendly smile all around.

Prime & Pearl is dedicated to preparing the finest dishes and offering impeccable service. By design, our seating is somewhat limited so we can ensure every guest’s dining experience is unique and special. Our focus is on bringing things together -often unexpected things – to make something creative and authentic. We believe a sense of wonder is an integral part of every memorable dining experience in our space.

We use the guiding principle of trying to create the kind of place we’d want to go to, the kind of place everybody will feel welcome, because we wouldn’t want even a single soul to face extinction due to insufficient Taco Consumption. We all have to eat food every day for the rest of our lives, so we might as well have some fun in the process!
